These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all appointments, bookings and services between Casablanca Massage Studio, owner A. Bartels, Ruth-Hallensleben-Str. 9, 50739 Cologne
– hereinafter referred to as “Studio” – and the respective customer
– hereinafter referred to as “Guest” –. These terms and conditions apply to all appointments arranged via the website, by telephone, by message or in person.

§3 Appointment Scheduling - Appointments can be arranged via the website, by telephone or via other communication channels.
- Booking an appointment may require aprepayment or deposit.
- The appointment is only considered bindingly confirmed once the agreed payment has been received or the studio has expressly confirmed the appointment.

§4 Prices and Advance Payments - Prices for massages and services are provided on the website or when booking an appointment.
- In certain cases, the studio may require anadvance payment or deposit.
- Advance payments serve to secure the booked appointment.

§5 Cancellation Policy Appointments must be cancelled by telephone or in writing. - Cancellationless than 12 hoursbefore the appointment:
If the cancellation occurs less than12 hours before the scheduled appointment, there isno entitlement to a refundof payments already made. - Cancellationless than 24 hoursbefore the appointment
If the cancellation occurs less than24 hours before the appointment, the following applies:
- 50% of the payment made will be refunded.
- Travel expenses already incurred or used will not be reimbursed.
- Any travel expenses not yet incurred will befully reimbursed.

If the cancellation occursmore than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, any payments already made will befully refunded.

§6 Satisfaction with the service - The services offered arephysical and mental, and their effects and perception can vary from person to person.
- Subjective dissatisfaction with the quality of the service does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Services already rendered are thereforeexcluded from reimbursement.

- The studio is only liable for damages resulting from intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
- The studio accepts no liability for personal expectations or individual feelings regarding the massage.

- The studio's services can only be used by persons who areat least 18 years old.

- Customer data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for appointment scheduling.
- Further information on data protection is regulated in thewebsite's privacy policy.

- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
- The place of jurisdiction is – insofar as legally permissible – Cologne.
- Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
