# Cancellation and Refund

Services paid for in advance:
- Cancellation more than 24 hours in advance => 100% refund - Cancellation more than 12 hours in advance => 50% refund (if applicable, agreed travel expenses at 100%) - Cancellation less than 12 hours in advance => no refund (if applicable, agreed travel expenses at 100%) If we have to cancel from our side, you will receive a 100% refund. |
